Position Overview:

This beauty industry favorite brand is located in a beautiful loft space in Manhattan. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist with their day to day office needs. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones and managing emails and will be responsible for booking conference rooms and scheduling appointments for the directors. The Administrative Assistant will order all office supplies and keeping the front of the office tidy and welcoming. The Administrative Assistant must be detail oriented and have a sense of urgency. The Administrative Assistant will interact with clients and guest and must have a fantastic personality. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer and direct calls
  • Order supplies
  • Set up meetings
  • Manage all emails
  • Calendar management
  • Organize and maintain files
  • Assist with any projects as needed

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 4 to 6 years of Admin experience is required
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent organizational skills are required
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Know the ins and outs of Microsoft suite
