They are truly a leader in the Real Estate space looking for a fantastic Administrative Assistant to join the team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60,000 – $65,000

Position Overview:

This well-known Real Estate company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help support the needs of their ever growing and evolving business. As the Administrative Assistant you will be an important member of the team providing Administrative support services to a team of 10. This position is the go to in the department and a trusted member of the group.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Serve as point of contact with external clients
  • Maintain the team’s schedule including booking conference rooms, in-house lunches, team meetings and more
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Screen, prioritize, and distribute mail
  • Maintain inventory supplies
  • Process expense reports

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 2 to 4 years of Real Estate, financial industry experience, specifically as an Administrative Assistant
  • Experience using Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook is required
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize and re-prioritize as needed
  • Focus on quality and a strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented approach

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
