An investment firm located in Midtown Manhattan is looking for an experience Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$65,000 – $80,000

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant who brings a positive attitude and a strong initiative to the workplace. The Administrative Assistant will provide front desk support and general Administrative support to their C-Suite.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Will be the first point of contact for all inquires, visitors, clients, etc.
  • Scheduling includes booking conference rooms, in-house lunches, team meetings and more
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare and assist with PowerPoint presentations + spreadsheets
  • Organize/plan meetings and events
  • Maintain an organized office by taking inventory of supplies and keeping common spaces clean
  • Preparing contracts for consultants

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 3+ years as an Administrative Assistant demonstrated on resume is required
  • Needs to be able to assert themselves and confidently make decisions, share opinions and communicate them in a pleasant way
  • A can-do attitude, A+ personality, polished, personable
  • PowerPoint skills are required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and urgency
