$20/hr – $25/hr
Position Overview:
The selection for the perfect Administrative Assistants is heavily weighed on one’s ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment, reliability and how well you pay attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistants:
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service
- Build solid internal relationships in each office while handling sensitive and confidential documents
- Coordinate and assist with administrative details (Phones, reports, documentation, and filing)
- Arrange meetings, schedule travel arrangements, and prioritize calendar events
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistants:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exhibit effective communication, listening, and teamwork skills
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
