Our client is a well-known wealth management company that has a heavy demand for multiple Administrative Assistants throughout their NJ offices.

$20/hr – $25/hr

Position Overview:

The selection for the perfect Administrative Assistants is heavily weighed on one’s ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment, reliability and how well you pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistants:

  • Provide an outstanding level of customer service
  • Build solid internal relationships in each office while handling sensitive and confidential documents
  • Coordinate and assist with administrative details (Phones, reports, documentation, and filing)
  • Arrange meetings, schedule travel arrangements, and prioritize calendar events

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistants:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exhibit effective communication, listening, and teamwork skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
