Our client is an exciting fashion and retail firm. They are looking to build out their team in their Burlington, MA location. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a growing team as an Administrative Coordinator and support their network of merchandisers and planners.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $20 – $22ph

Position Overview: 
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for prioritizing purchasing orders.This candidate will be coordinating a specific sector of buyers and work very closely with them and the merchandisers.

Responsibilities of the 
Administrative Coordinator:

  • Support the team’s overall goals and deadlines
  • Work closely with merchandisers, vendors, and buyers and record buy sheets & CADs
  • Calendar management and scheduling of the team
  • Work on ad -hoc projects as needed
  • Track office supplies and order as needed

Qualifications for the Administrative Coordinator:

  • 2 years’ minimum work experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a team setting 
  • Significant time management and organizational skills

Education Requirements: 

  • High school diploma required
