Our client is looking for a Administrative Office Assistant who is interested in working temp roles. Position Overview:

The Administrative Office Assistant should be interested in temporary contact roles ranging from day-to-day support to a few weeks at a time. The Administrative Office Assistant role is perfect for someone who is looking for work that is short term. Positions for the role will fall under the administrative support umbrella and include job titles like reception, data entry, customer support, clerical support, mail room, and filing/scanning. Responsibilities of the Administrative Office Assistant:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for any office questions and needs
  • Answering phones, taking messages, and distributing accordingly
  • Meet and greet guests/visitors as they enter office
  • Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to guests
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Distribute mail to appropriate departments/people
  • Keep front desk, reception and lobby organized and clean
  • Set up conference rooms as needed
  • Perform any other ad hoc office duties as needed

Qualifications for the Administrative Office Assistant:

  • 1+ year of working experience and/or solid internship experience
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Willingness and flexibility
  • Friendly and Personable
  • Self-Motivated

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but is not required
