The company is based in their College Station location and seeking a savvy, self-driven Administrative Office Supervisor to bring new ideas, positive energy, and a sense of urgency to the Data Entry department. Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k – $60k (plus bonus)

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Office Supervisor, you’ll be supervising and coordinating all activities of the Data Entry team. The Administrative Office Supervisor will ensure accuracy through review of daily reports and actions. They will assist customers with electronic invoices in conjunction with weekly and monthly closings. This Administrative Office Supervisor helps to check and analyze price/cost on all closings and invoice generations.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Office Supervisor:

  • Responsible for entering information from vendor invoices accurately to create customer billing and vendor payment vouchers
  • Ensures accuracy through review of daily reports and activities
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of the Data Entry team
  • Implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions

Qualifications of the Administrative Office Supervisor:

  • Experience with Salesforce or like platforms and the willingness to learn and grow with changing technology and processes
  • Independent thinker with the ability to thrive as a part of customer focused team
  • Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter motivated to lead the Data Entry team
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, managers, vendors, and fellow team members
  • Self-driven to independently produce results
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to bring new ideas, positive energy, and a sense of urgency to the Data Entry department
