Our client is seeking an Administrative Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. The Administrative Recruiting Coordinator will support two Executive Account Managers and will report to the Account Manager.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$45k – $50k
Position Overview:
The Administrative Recruiting Coordinator will focus on filling open requisitions for administrative support and customer service roles and will assist with daily administrative tasks for the Account Management team. You will be successful in this role if you have strong customer service skills, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture. You will have to manage your time effectively, be detail-oriented, a critical thinker, and a problem-solver. You will be on the front lines providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Recruiting Coordinator:
- Oversee candidate timesheets and reporting
- Manage candidate expectations along the talent acquisition process
- Send candidate confirmation details for assignments
- Input candidate matches into the internal database and ensure that all end dates are correct
- Assist with approving candidate timesheets
- Send client timesheet approver instructions and answer any questions regarding timesheets
- Make sure ACP reports are updated weekly
- Coordinate interviews with the management team and candidates
- Post jobs using the internal applicant tracking system
- Handle all QC calls for working candidates
- Search and source for top talent for positions, specifically administrative support and customer service
- Identify and recruit in a timely manner using modern sourcing platforms
- Maintain exceptional internal relations and timely updates regarding the status of available positions
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and administer all pre-employment assessments and new-hire paperwork
- Interview and assess candidates’ technical and soft skills via behavioral-based interviews
- Assist with any additional ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications for the Administrative Recruiting Coordinator:
- 0 – 1 year of experience or strong internship
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with modern internet recruiting/sourcing techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
