Analyst

One of our clients, a top company in the insurance, risk management, employee benefits, and retirement services space, is looking for an Analyst to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60k – $75k

Position Overview:

The Analyst is an entry – level opening at the company. The Analyst will be assisting with client communications and overall analysis of client relationships.

Responsibilities of the Analyst:

• Responding to clients’ inquiries, maintaining documentation of communications
• Setting up accounts, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details
• Providing client service aligned with processes / protocols and the overall client engagement strategy
• Gathering and compiling exposure information from the clients
• Assisting with audits, quotes, binders, and endorsements and making requests for changes as needed
• Following up on insurance policies and then updating and completing policy check to ensure completeness
• Updating specifications, application, and summary information to reflect changes during the year
• Informing clients of any and all changes that may affect insurance premiums or coverage
• Creating and sending compliance communications as needed

Qualifications for the Analyst:

• Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Eagerness to learn

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the business field is required
