Our client is a growing healthcare management organization located just North of Downtown Pittsburgh. They are looking to add an Assistant Operations Coordinator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$23/hr – $25/hr Depending on experience

Position Overview:

The Assistant Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in both communicating with clients as well as other day-to-day tasks within the organization.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Operations Coordinator:

  • New customer onboarding
  • Daily client interaction
  • Resolving any client issues
  • Daily manipulation and structuring of large datasets within Excel
  • Working directly with clients to manage structure using these large datasets
  • Other day-to-day tasks determined by operational needs

Qualifications for the Assistant Operations Coordinator:

  • Excellent Excel proficiency and must know Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and other advanced movements
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry is preferred
  • Previous schooling within healthcare is preferred
  • Clear written and oral skills, both with team members and clients
  • Ability to stay motivated while working independently

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
