They are looking to add an Assistant Property Manager to their team in Orange County. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$75k – $80k

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a team-oriented individual to step into the Assistant Property Manager role. The perfect candidate is someone who can hit the ground running assisting in all things commercial property management and ensuring that customer service and attention to detail are top-notch.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager:

  • Assist the Property Manager with financial reporting and review
  • Draft correspondence as needed
  • Monitor the maintenance work order system to ensure deliverables are met
  • Prepare lease summaries and help with the bid process
  • Provide the most amazing customer service
  • Collect rent and handle minor accounts issues

Qualifications of the Assistant Property Manager:

  • 2 or more years of experience in a commercial property asset and have an understanding of the industry
  • Exposure to financial reporting and can assist in preparing financial reports
  • Organized with the ability to assist in projects as they are assigned
  • Proficiency in various software platforms such as MRI, Yardi, and Kardin software which would allow you to dive right in
  • Fantastic customer service and people skills
  • Growing into managing an asset is part of your career goals
  • You have a Real Estate License or are less than 60 days from obtaining one

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
