Our client is a consumer goods production company seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr – $50/hr

Position Overview:

The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for brand building work, including influence on market development strategies, direct customer engagement, creation and execution of the brand category retail solutions for key customers, advising on the category management nationally, and maximizing value from current and future brand sponsorships.

Responsibilities of the Associate Brand Manager:

  • Drive growth business through the identification of guest/customer insights along with development and execution of the marketing mix.
  • Develop meaningful customer insights and corresponding growth driving activations with clear customer journeys including multiple on and offline contact points.
  • Lead innovation teams to deliver highly sought-after new products that capture key category growth drivers.
  • Partner with Sales to develop presentation materials that not only capture customer interest, but win new business.
  • Partner with agency and operator marketing to develop front of house point of sale materials.

Qualifications of the Associate Brand Manager:

  • Marketing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity.

Education Requirements:

  • Master’s degree required.
