Associate Brand Manager

Our client is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join one of their largest brands in the U.S – Skin Cleansing category.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$35 – $40/hr

Position Overview:

The Associate Brand Manager will manage operations/base business management of exciting brands within skin cleansing. They will report up to the Brand Manager Manager. This Associate Brand Manager role would ideally be hybrid out of Englewood, NJ; however they are open to seeing candidates who are looking for remote opportunities as well. This will be a 4-5 month contract position, covering a parental leave.

Responsibilities of the Associate Brand Manager:

• Perform IRI sales, share, and root cause analyses on a weekly & monthly basis
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, tracking of market demand and marketing investment
• Coordinate production and deployment of assets with shopper marketing agency
• Manage & Trace customer sell-in ongoing execution
• Manage platform budget and legal approvals

Qualifications for the Associate Brand Manager:

• 3 years experience in CPG brand
• Proficient in IRI/Nielsen and Numerator
• Understanding of US retail environment, direct retails customer experience and digital marketing and/or branding experience required
• Ability to think strategically

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
