Our client is a mobile telecom company looking to hire an Associate Manager, Global Go to Market.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $60K – $70K

Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Go to Market, the Associate Manager, Global Go to Market is in charge of facilitating a go to market strategy with an in-country leadership team and/or the Senior Director, Global Go to Market. The primary responsibility of the Associate Manager, Global Go to Market is to facilitate the necessary Go to Market responsibilities and deliverables within a partner implementation. The Associate Manager, Global Go to Market will act as the project lead for all Marketing and Training Teams to provide program information and guidance to ensure Marketing and Training produces the necessary materials for a client launch.

Responsibilities of the Associate Manager, Global Go to Market:

  • Collaborate with the in-country team and client to drive the strategic direction of program implementation activities from a marketing and training perspective
  • Collaborate with Account Manager to develop systems for regular communication with, and support of, the program operations team, including regular meetings with program leads to advise, problem solve, and review operational performance
  • Bring together program leadership at launch to develop a cadence for monitoring progress towards goals, identify trends and challenges, and provide direction accordingly
  • Promote the company, Client, and program through written and in-person communications

Qualifications for the Associate Manager, Global Go to Market:

  • 5 – 7 years of industry, marketing, and/or training experience
  • Experience in formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills
  • Efficient and effective project management skills
  • Track record of achieving multiple deliverables within tight timeframes
  • Knowledge of communication and public relation strategies and tactics
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% as required to form relationships with internal, third party partner, and Client contacts as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of relevant achievement working within the telecom, portable electronics, and/or insurance or warranty industries
  • Mature, independent, creative, with excellent judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to see the big picture and develop creative long-range strategies while attending to details
  • Self-motivated – ability to make decisions and organize tasks independently with minimal supervision
