Our client, a well-known corporate bank in Ocean County is seeking a Bank Representative to join their busy team! 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Bank Representative will process financial transactions on their clients’ bank accounts, generate account statements, assist with online accounts, complete transactions, accept deposits, and answer banking or financial related questions. The hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities of the Bank Representative:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding their bank accounts
  • Process financial transactions on their clients’ bank accounts
  • Provide information regarding the bank’s products and services to its customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to process transactions and make deposits 

Qualifications of the Bank Representative:

  • 1+ yr of banking experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • MS Excel skills 

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree
