Our client, a well-known corporate bank in Ocean County is seeking a Banking Representative to join their busy team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Banking Representative will process financial transactions on their clients’ bank accounts, generate account statements, assist with online accounts, complete transactions, accept deposits, and answer banking or financial related questions. The hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am – 5 pm.

Responsibilities of the Banking Representative:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding their bank accounts
  • Process financial transactions on their clients’ bank accounts
  • Provide information regarding the bank’s products and services to its customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to process transactions and make deposits

Qualifications of the Banking Representative:

  • Must have 1+ years of banking experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Excel skills

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
