Our client a leader in their industry is seeking a Benefits Coordinator. This position will wear many hats assisting in HR-related functions as well as payroll. This will be onsite 5 days a week.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with new-hire orientation, processing background checks, managing benefit enrollments, and audit employee files.

Responsibilities of the Benefits Coordinator:

  • Assist in enrolling all employee benefits
  • Provide new-hire guidance and onboarding
  • Work closely with the Payroll team
  • Help employees manage life events and enrollment
  • Conduct new-hire orientation

Qualifications for the Benefits Coordinator:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables and vlookups
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to work well under strict timelines

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
