Our client a leader in their industry is seeking a Benefits Coordinator. This position will wear many hats assisting in HR-related functions as well as payroll. This will be onsite 5 days a week.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr – $20/hr
Position Overview:
The Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with new-hire orientation, processing background checks, managing benefit enrollments, and audit employee files.
Responsibilities of the Benefits Coordinator:
- Assist in enrolling all employee benefits
- Provide new-hire guidance and onboarding
- Work closely with the Payroll team
- Help employees manage life events and enrollment
- Conduct new-hire orientation
Qualifications for the Benefits Coordinator:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables and vlookups
- Time-management skills
- Ability to work well under strict timelines
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
