Our client, a mid-sized established law firm, is seeking a Benefits Manager to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$116k – 151k Annually
Position Overview:
The Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and planning for the organization’s benefits, health, and wellness program.
Responsibilities of the Benefits Manager:
- Select benefit and retirement plans and handle day-to-day administration that are in alignment with the firm’s goals
- Lead of team of 7 – 8 individuals
- Hold a level of expertise in benefit-related and COVID-19 laws to ensure compliance
- Develop, implement, and educate firm-wide wellness plan and initiatives
- Manage any firmwide claims and coordinate with internal and external counsel to settle the situations
- Oversee worker’s compensation packages and team performance
Qualifications for the Benefits Manager:
- 7+ years of Benefits Administration experience is required
- 3+ years of experience overseeing a team is required
- Experience working in a professional services industry environment is preferred
- Workday and ADP software experience is preferred
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
