Our client, is a technology leader in the beverage, medical and industrial gas space. They utilize a network business model to help manage supply chain and client support. They are starting up their Sandy Springs location and seeking qualified Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist for several open positions. Salary/Hourly Rate:

$45,000 – $50,000

Position Overview:

In this position as Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist you’ll be assisting English/Spanish speaking customers on technical questions and customer support. The accounts you will be assisting are retail vendor accounts and business owners. In this Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist role you are to provide an unsurpassed service experience to customers by simplifying and meeting their needs for beverage, industrial, and medical gases.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience for each customer through call, email and chat
  • Be part of a high energy team working towards an unparalleled customer experience in our industry
  • Technically support any Website, Dashboard or Account questions
  • Make outbound calls to new customers
  • Multi-task in a high energy standard office environment
  • Speak and listen effectively with EspriGas customers via phone
  • Ability to recognize problems, resolve or escalate as needed

Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist:

  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience is ideal
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish
  • Data entry experience a plus
  • Outgoing, empathic and customer focused
  • Customer-centric approach with a sense of urgency

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is preferred
