Our client, a non- profit organization, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis. Spanish speaking candidates who thrive in fast-paced and team-orientated environments encouraged to apply.

$15/hr

Position Overview:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for the program participants, answering their questions, assisting with problem solving, and explaining next steps. Our client is seeking someone passionate about helping people, with an outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish (must be able to read, write, and verbal).

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

  • Respond to inquiries, concern, and requests to assist the program participants
  • Greet and develop relationships with members to ensure participant satisfaction
  • Offer solutions to participant concerns and ensure that participants understand the best course of action
  • Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and research as needed

Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

  • Bilingual Spanish is a requirement of this role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • 1 year experience as a receptionist, office assistant or call center representative
  • High level of professional conduct and customer service orientation

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
