Currently, they are looking to add a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join their team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our client’s team. As a key point of contact for the customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Support Representative:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information and assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, promptly and accurately.
  • Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Production, and Shipping, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting problems and offering solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on the products and services.

Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Support Representative:

  • 3 years of customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
