Our client, a consumer goods brand, is looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to support their Directors. This company is family-owned and promotes cultures and growth within the company. This role requires working on site 5 days a week in Bridgewater, NJ.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant will be responsible supporting their department with reporting, new-hire paperwork, work orders, and calendar management. This position will offer the opportunity to work in various areas of the company. Applicants must be comfortable working on site as this is not a remote role.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant:

  • Identify, prepare, and compile necessary materials for meetings, reports, presentations, events, and special projects
  • Assist Spanish speaking employees with new-hire paperwork and timesheets
  • Create work orders, generate quotes, and process invoices
  • Keep customer information update to date and accurate
  • Schedule appointments for Directors
  • Maintain inventory of necessary supplies to complete work orders

Qualifications of the Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant:

  • Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Previous administrative/clerical experience
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with ERP or WMS is a plus
  • Able to work on site in Bridgewater, NJ

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Associate’s degree is preferred
