Our client, a leading manufacturer of consumer goods, is seeking a professional Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations of their office. This role is located onsite but they provide PPE, conduct daily health screenings, and have regular office sanitizing.

Position Overview:

The Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting various departments in the office with administrative and clerical tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn about Human Resources, Customer Service and Accounting. Our client offers room for growth as well!

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant:

  • Assist with data entry and filing for HR and Accounting
  • Order office supplies Act as a backup for the Receptionist
  • Distribute mail and schedule pick up for outgoing packages

Qualifications of the Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
