Our client, a globally leading public relations agency in New York City is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the agency’s billing process, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and timely, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55,000 – $63,000

Position Overview:

The successful Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the agency’s billing process, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and timely, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. The Billing Coordinator will be collaborating with the agency’s account teams to ensure that all billing requirements are met.

Responsibilities of the Billing Coordinator:

  • Coordinating the agency’s billing process from start to finish
  • Ensure that all invoices are accurate and submitted in a timely manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of all billing and financial transactions
  • Communicating with clients and vendors to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgeting

Qualifications for the Billing Coordinator:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Experience in the public relations industry a plus

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required
