Bookkeeper

Our client, an insurance firm, is looking for an organized and intelligent Bookkeeper to join their team. The chosen candidate will join the tight knit team, reporting directly to the owner of the company and working alongside the company accountant.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50,000 – $60,000

Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper professional to join a growing organization. The Bookkeeper must have a no task is too big or too small mentality, flexible mindset, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

• Processing invoices, paying bills, and processing payments
• Generating invoices, corresponding with clients, and collections
• Bank, insurance, credit reconciliations
• Assist with payroll Assist with quarterly 941 forms
• Some office management and administrative work as needed

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

• 5+ of bookkeeping experience
• Software savvy and strong Excel skills
• Collaborative and innovative thinker
• Process and numbers oriented
• Can do attitude and positive demeaner

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required
