Our client is a mission driven tax and advisory consulting firm, focused on revolutionizing the accounting industry, providing meaningful opportunities and worldwide travel adventures. Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their top international firm!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85,000 – $100,000

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will oversee all aspects of the business development process and ensure close coordination with leaders. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with leaders to establish business strategies, facilitate growth, expand into new markets, and support overall overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

  • Identify new client leads
  • Lead sales and operations advise for all matters relating to the smooth running of the sales and operational workflows
  • Establish long-term meaningful relationships with new and existing clients
  • Exceed individual revenue targets and growth projects
  • Maintain an updated record of sales, revenue and invoices
  • Assist with introducing clients to the appropriate resources
  • Motivating staff to improve customer service with clients
  • Working to grow customer loyalty and better understand business needs
  • Assessing competition and costs
  • Analyzing supply and demand to identify selling prices
  • Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products
  • Assessing the firm’s sales performance
  • Researches competition and trends to strategically drive the business
  • Perform accurate budgeting and forecasting across business development and projects
  • Monitor and manage cost and terms with clients for resources

Qualifications for the Business Development Manager:

  • Business concentrated strongly preferred
  • Flexible to travel occasionally
  • Proficiency in MS Suite
  • Prior knowledge of Canva and HubSpot/CRM program
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Forecasting
  • Project Management skills
  • ESG and Blockchain skills an advantage
  • Exhibit strong technical knowledge of staffing Public Accounting core services including Audit/Assurance, Tax and Advisory Services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams
  • Ability to execute plans and deliver value to clients
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact projects and execute them to completion
  • Self aware, self-motivated with the ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
