Our client is one of the world’s largest and most successful private investment firms with headquarters in Boston, MA. They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Systems to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$105k + Bonus

Position Overview:

The Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Systems is a technical and collaborative position liaising between the IT department and Finance, Tax & Legal, and Compliance back office teams, with a focus on technology solutions.

Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Systems:

  • Identify and manage SaaS products and their lifecycles including planning, design, troubleshooting, and vendor management
  • Work closely with the Business and Development teams to facilitate implementation of products and requirements
  • Communicate the product vision to teams through documentation and presentations
  • Focus on document management and improving product scalability
  • Create and manage business and technology documentation in support of requests including requirements, data flows, modeling, and workflow

Qualifications of the Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Systems:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • A background that includes work in Finance, Investments, Private Equity or Banking is highly desirable
  • Experience working with Box and/or SharePoint
  • Experience with supporting of corporate Cloud/SaaS platforms and designing, testing, and training on solutions
  • Experience collecting, communicating, and understanding business requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
