Our client, one of the world’s leading private multi-asset alternative investment firms, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Systems to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$105k

Position Overview:

This Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Systems will work in the IT group with a focus on Workday, working with other business units and users to further enhance the functionality of the system.

Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Systems:

  • Partner with stakeholders and internal business users to support business and technology requests
  • Coordinate business users and development resources to facilitate platform changes and implementation of technology initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate technology solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Facilitate UAT and support training and documentation requirements
  • Form and build working relationships between functional users and technical resources for the purposes of platform enhancement

Qualifications for the Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Systems:

  • 2+ years of relevant Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst experience with some exposure to Workday implementation and other technical aspects (EIB and Studio is highly preferred)
  • Ability to gather requirements from users and translate into documentation for delivery to technical resources
  • Ability to manage business requirements through development lifecycle
  • Build workflows and use cases
  • Proficiency in any or all tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau is a big plus

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
