Our client, a quickly-growing company that specializes in business insurance and risk management, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team. If you love working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, this is the right role for you. The hours for this position are 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$13-14/hr + bonuses

Position Overview:
The Call Center Representative will be the first point of contact for clients calling in via their national hotline. Our client is seeking candidates who can work well under pressure and take initiatives to problem solve with little supervision.

Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative: 

  • Answer and transfer a high volume of incoming calls
  • Develop relationships with customers to generate repeat business
  • Maintain updated client details in company CRM database
  • Work with urgency to ensure incoming calls are efficiently managed
  • Stay updated with product specifications to provide clients proper guidance
  • Receive bonus eligible based on meeting performance goals

Qualifications for the Call Center Representative: 

  • 1 year of experience as a Call Center Representative
  • Comfortable meeting assigned hourly, daily, weekly goals 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • High level of professional conduct and customer service-orientation

Education Requirements: 

  • HS Diploma required
  • Associates preferred
