Our client is seeking a friendly and hard-working Call Center Representative to join their team in the call center. Motivated, energetic and candidates with previous call center experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary/Rate: $13/hr

Position Overview: The Call Center Representative will perform a high-volume of outbound calls, verifying business leads, and assisting with other special projects. Normal business hours-Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:

  • Be responsible for performing high-volume outbound calls
  • Provide business individuals with appropriate information, verifying contact information and qualify sponsored offers
  • Call on surveys, lead verification, live events and other special projects
  • Maintain accurate records of all business communication

Qualifications for the Call Center Representative:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a call center environment, dialing outbound calls, and handling high-volume calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient, outgoing, and determined personalities work well in this role

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
