Our client, a leader in business to business marketing is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their growing team.

Salary/Rate: $13/hr

Position Overview: The Call Center Representative must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working through phone and email interactions. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, have great listening skills, and a positive attitude. This person needs to be comfortable making calls and assisting customers with product information.

Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:

  • Successfully make phone calls and reading scripts
  • Provide excellent customer service and develop close, professional relationships with customers
  • Assist customers and clients by effectively listening and proposing options for resolution that are in the best interest of the customer, the vendor, and the business

Qualifications for the Call Center Representative:

  • 1-2 years of call center experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to problem solve by thinking analytically or critically
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
