Our client is a growing luxury goods firm located in Union County, NJ.  The company sells high-end products and has a lot of opportunity for growth. They are currently seeking to hire a Customer Experience Representative to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50k – $60k

Position Overview:

The Client Experience Representative will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries and will aim for highest customer satisfaction.  The Client Experience Representative will oversee all incoming phone calls and emails and assist with customer inquiries. The Client Experience Representative will focus on building positive relationships with the customers and meet the high expectations the product offers.

Responsibilities for the Client Experience Representative:

  • Provide all aspects of product support from first contact to resolution.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a quick and appropriate fashion.
  • Answer any questions or concerns customers may have.
  • Follow up on orders and provide timely feedback.
  • Keep an accurate record of customer-related inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a seamless fashion and maintain positive communication.
  • Handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Generate positive relationships to help drive future sales opportunities.

Qualifications for the Client Experience Representative:

  • 3+ years of Customer Service or Customer Care experience.
  • Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to handle and deescalate difficult situations.
  • Ability to communicate with different personalities and deescalate situations.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, quick-paced environment.
  • Willing to learn.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is preferred.
