Our client, a small family-run financial services firm based in Morris County, NJ is looking for their next Client Services Associate to add to their growing team! They are looking for a candidate who is excited at the prospect of contributing to the growth and success of the business.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$65,000 – $100,000 DOE

Position Overview:

The Client Services Associate develop key objectives and manages all assigned projects/tasks to achieve key objectives in a timely manner. The Client Services Associate handle all requests from clients and business partners pertaining to account administration.

Responsibilities of the Client Services Associate:

  • Prepare all account paperwork and check pending account maintenance items
  • Maintain current client information in all existing databases (CRM)
  • Assist the portfolio management or marketing department as needed
  • Organize, scan, and maintain all paper/electronic Client Files
  • Continue to develop technical knowledge and expertise
  • Continually evaluate day to day activities for process improvement opportunities

Qualifications for the Client Services Associate:

  • Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 or 65 (Series 66) highly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience within financial services (wealth management specifically)
  • Well organized and quick to adapt
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), DocuSign
  • Good and clear communication skills
  • Proactive and strong with follow up
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or strong relevant work history is preferred
