Our client is a real estate investment firm that does acquisitions, development, and operations throughout its multitudes of portfolios. They are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55,000
Position Overview:
The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the Property Management Office to provide seamless day to day operations. The Client Service Coordinator manages customer requests using our work order system and coordinate with building operations team.
Responsibilities of the Client Service Coordinator:
- Be the first point-of-contact and concierge in the Property Management Office (PMO) and main lobby when necessary
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers and visitors
- Provide support to ensure smooth operations of the PMO
- Assist new customers with onboarding procedures
- Schedule periodic contracted services with building vendors as needed
Qualifications for the Client Service Coordinator:
- At least one year of experience in either commercial real estate or hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
