Position Overview:

The Client Services Coordinator will support the IT team with administrative tasks such as calling clients, following up on IT tickets, and troubleshooting problems. The hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5:30 pm. All candidates must be willing to work fully onsite.

Responsibilities of the Client Services Coordinator:

  • Respond to phone and email requests from IT clients
  • Enter client information into proprietary software
  • Work to meet tight deadlines
  • Work closely with internal and external clients

Qualifications of the Client Services Coordinator:

  • 1 – 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Interest in a long-term career in IT

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
