Our client is a rapidly growing, profitable, and self-funded tech scale-up. They are currently seeking a Client Success Manager to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90k

Position Overview:

The Client Success Manager will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, solve tricky adoption challenges, and lead initiatives and processes to boost client value, usage, and satisfaction in key accounts and across the company’s client portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Client Success Manager:

  • Successfully building and maintaining strong client relationships and responsible for satisfaction of assigned clients.
  • Initially managing a book of business with a net ARR of $1.2 million.
  • Taking ownership of Client Success outcomes including adoption, active ARR, renewal rate, upsells, and NPS.
  • Working closely with Sales to identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations for all assigned accounts.
  • Partnering with customers to understand their ongoing business needs and objectives and partnering internally with Sales and Client Solutions to help coordinate and execute the account vision.
  • Conducting usage and business reviews to ensure clients high satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicating the company’s value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Quickly developing a deep understanding of the company’s product and an ability to communicate product benefits to senior business and technology stakeholders to help them grow within the company’s ecosystem.

Qualifications of the Client Success Manager:

  • 1- 3 years of experience in mid-tier and enterprise B2B relationship management or account management (SaaS experience is preferred).
  • Strong commercial understanding, experience of upselling & ensuring senior decision makers are involved in growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with professional services and/or financial services (investment banking familiarity is preferred).
  • Experience in a business development role within financial services is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Power BI experience also valued).
  • Strong organization and project management skills to manage an exciting portfolio of clients.
  • An eye for detail and high standards for deliverables.
  • Excellent people, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
