Our client is a large-scale fast-growing business in the auto industry looking to add a Collections Associate. This company is looking for an experienced professional or recent graduate that can grow within the organization and become a key member of the team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

This role will be primarily more account management for client, and payment reminders, versus tough collection calls. Collections Associate applicants must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Our client is willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities of the Collections Associate:

  • Client interfacing and customer service
  • Researching and resolving potential payment and leasing agreement reminders

Qualifications of the Collections Associate:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
