Our client, a national Commercial Real Estate company, is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90,000 – $100,000

Position Overview:

The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the full scope of operations for the commercial property. The perfect Commercial Property Manager candidate is knowledgeable in property management, looking to join a company with a diverse portfolio and enjoys mentoring a team.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Manager:

  • Maintain clear and concise communication with ownership team and attend regular meetings
  • Review AP/AR and monthly tenant billings for accuracy and timeliness
  • Forecast, perform CAM reconciliations and prepare monthly and annual budgets
  • Work closely with leasing teams to lease the property and create a tenant retention program
  • Oversee tenant relations and any necessary tenant improvement projects
  • Manage necessary paperwork for tenant, service providers, and owners
  • Negotiate RFPs for vendor service contracts, maintaining and developing relationships to achieve optimum performance and competitive pricing

Qualifications for the Commercial Property Manager:

  • 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience
  • California Real Estate License is required
  • Yardi, MRI and JD Edwards software proficiency are a plus
  • Prior management experience is preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
