Our client is a fast-paced, dynamic private equity real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition, development, and management of industrial real estate. They are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Manager to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90k

Position Overview:

The Commercial Property Manager will be an experienced full-time Property Manager and motivated to be a part of a best-in class team. They will ensure properties are maintained at the highest level among other duties.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Manager:

  • Track building maintenance contracts and annual inspections
  • Request and review bids for all contract services, building, and tenant improvement projects
  • Prepare annual budgets, variance reports, and monthly reporting
  • Distribute lease documents
  • Manage maintenance staff
  • Additional duties as related to tenant satisfaction

Qualifications for the Commercial Property Manager:

  • 5-plus years of experience within property management/industrial real estate
  • Experience with Yardi, Angus, and MRI is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Word, Outlook, and Excel

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant property management experience is required
