Our client is a large Non-profit institution in the Bronx. They are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$40 – $55/hr; would convert to $85k+ dependent on experience
Position Overview:
This Compensation Analyst will report to the Compensation Director. This newly created Compensation Analyst role is responsible for maintenance, analysis, and continued improvement of the organization’s Compensation policies and practices. This is a temp-to-hire role that will convert after 3 months.
Responsibilities of the Compensation Analyst:
- Job Classifications and Salary Surveys
- Maintain database of salary information and job families
- Partner with hiring managers to update job descriptions
- Research/analyze total rewards/compensation programs
- Assist in budgeting conversations
Qualifications for the Compensation Analyst:
- Minimum 3yrs experience with Compensation Analysis
- Knowledge of compensation-related legislation
- COVID-19 Vaccination + Booster
- Able to commute to Bronx office 3x/week
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
