Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90k – $100k

Position Overview:

The Compliance Manager will assist with streamlining operations and supporting the Affordable Housing Property Management team.

Responsibilities of the Compliance Manager:

  • Monitor in-house programs, including LIHTC, project-based section 8, HOME, PBV, and other tenant or project-based subsidy programs
  • Enforce, monitor, and support regulatory compliance for the company’s affordable programs
  • Assist with site preparation for inspections, site visits, and timely completion of recertifications
  • Create, update, and revise necessary forms and documents
  • Prepare and submit monthly compliance activity reports to the Regional Property Manager
  • Send notification letters to residents about policy updates or changes
  • Work on special projects and provide compliance support to the Property Management team

Qualifications for the Compliance Manager:

  • 7+ years of affordable housing property management experience
  • Recertification experience is REQUIRED
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
