As a Construction Accountant, you’d be working for a construction firm with a proven growth track-record and a stable background.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$85k annually.
Position Overview:
As a Construction Accountant, you’d oversee and handle all accounting-related activities with new construction projects being developed.
Responsibilities of a Construction Accountant:
- Analyze all AP invoices as a Construction Accountant.
- Has vast knowledge in and reviews all accounting related to new construction projects.
- Job costing as Construction Accountant.
- Legal documents review.
- Work in progress (WIP).
- Journal entries, preparing financial statements.
- Analyze financials as Construction Accountant.
- Insurance coverage management.
- Fix assets and developments for Construction Accountant.
- Assist with some bookkeeping and HR related tasks.
Qualifications for a Construction Accountant:
- 5 Years of Construction Accounting.
- Knowledge of construction software.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
