Our client, a well-known leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team for at least 6 months.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$28/hr

Position Overview:

The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for pipelining potential candidates for existing and upcoming job openings. This is a temporary role for at least 6 months with potential to extend. Candidates must live in NJ, but are able to work on a hybrid or remote schedule.

Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:

  • Source potential candidates through job boards and professional networking
  • Oversee the interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Prepare offer letters and new-hire packets

Qualifications of the Contract Recruiter:

  • Should have 2 – 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and other job boards
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated, organized, with a professional work ethic

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
