Our client is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team. This role is full-time, will start onsite, and have potential to move to a WFH rotating schedule once trained.

Position Overview:

The Customer Care Representative will be the first point of contact for the clients. The ideal candidate must be technically savvy and have great attention to detail. The Customer Care Representative must be able to work well under pressure and takes initiative to problem-solve with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails
  • Enter order details into database
  • Obtain pre-approval for all credit card orders through credit card processing system prior to release of order
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • React quickly in a demanding and time-sensitive environment
  • General administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying

Qualifications of the Customer Care Representative:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within an office/corporate setting
  • Experience using an ERP software (AS400 or SAP)
  • Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus
  • Strong verbal skills including the ability to articulate resolutions clearly to clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required
