Our client, a cutting edge medical device company is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their fully remote Customer Service team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$14/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Care Representatives will assist clients via phone, email and live chats. Applicants for the Customer Care Representative can be located anywhere in the United States but must be comfortable working Tuesday-Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm and Saturdays from 10am-4pm Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative:

  • Navigate multiple systems while assisting clients via phone, email and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with medical device
  • Answer client questions regarding product specification and capabilities
  • Maintain strong product knowledge in order to assist clients in a timely manner
  • Log customer interactions in company CRM system

Qualifications for the Customer Care Representative:

  • 1-3 years of experience in position that requires strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in medical, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
  • Ability to develop rapport with clients and demonstrate empathy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with a CRM system or similar database preferred
  • Must have strong internet speed (minimum of 100mbps and quiet space to work)

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED certification is required
