This growing startup is located right in the heart of NYC (SoHo). They are seeking a hardworking, detail oriented, and friendly Customer Experience Associate to join their growing team. Salary/Hourly Rate:

$17-$20/hr | $45,000-$50,000

Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Associate must be articulate and passionate about helping customers with their needs. The Customer Experience Associate must be a quick thinker with a can do attitude. The Customer Experience Associate must have at least one year experience in a related field. The Customer Experience Associate must have strong communication skills. The Customer Experience Associate must have strong problem solving skills and the mentality to go above and beyond to provide white glove service to their clients.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Will directly interact with customers over the phone, email, and chat
  • Follow up on orders and answer product knowledge questions
  • Provide the ultimate customer experience
  • Go above and beyond to provide an un-imagined experience

Qualifications for the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Must have eCommerce customer service experience
  • A retail background or 1-2 years at a startup is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Strong problem solving skills Positive attitude is extremely important
  • Flexibility to help out in anyway Zendesk, Kustomer, or other CRM experience is ideal

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
