Our client is an innovative and growing healthcare practice. They are a leading provider of Covid19 testing and seeking to hire a Customer Experience Associate to join their team.

Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Associate must be a hardworking team player with strong communication skills. In this role, the Customer Experience Associate will assist patients over phone and via email with services regarding Covid19 testing. Due to the high volume of calls and emails, previous call center experience is preferred. The Customer Experience Associate must also be fluent in Spanish. The role will be temporary with opportunity for permanent placement, and fully remote. Candidates must be available to work full time hours, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Directly interact and build relationships with patients over phone and via email
  • Offer expert knowledge on products and services regarding Covid19 testing
  • Proactively identify patient challenges and go above and beyond to resolve
  • Partner with internal teams

Qualifications for the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Call center experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, mission-driven, and hardworking!
  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of relevant internship or work experience

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
