Our client in the luxury fashion/interior design space is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Customer Experience Associate candidate to join their Customer Experience team! This position is onsite and direct hire. Must be vaccinated.

Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Associate will be assisting clients via email and phone. Can be recent grad, should have interest in fashion and/or interior design. The Customer Experience Associate must also have strong communication and problem-solving skills while having the mentality to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to their clients. In this role should be extremely organized and tech savvy. There is opportunity for growth within the Customer Experience team and beyond depending on interests. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with de-escalating issues with high profile clientele, must be comfortable over the phone and must have excellent grammar skills.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Directly interact with clients over the phone, email
  • Support clients with troubleshooting and billing inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer experience, and respond to clients with urgency
  • Cross collaborate across teams internally

Qualifications for the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM experience is preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Interest in fashion and/or interior design
  • Italian speaking, although not mandatory is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
