Our client is a fast-growing startup in the consumer goods industry looking for an eager Customer Experience Associate to join their team! This is the perfect role for anyone with a strong customer service background who is looking to join at the ground floor of an exciting new company. The right candidate for this job will be someone who is driven, dedicated, adaptable and focused on providing high touch, high quality service to every customer who reaches out.


$50-60K (Depending on experience)

Position Overview:

The ideal Customer Experience Associate will be a skilled communicator and a team player. This role will require a great deal of multitasking and the ability to think quickly. The Customer Experience Associate will be focused on providing high quality service to every customer who reaches out and should be comfortable communicating with customers through a variety of channels including text, email, and social media.


  • The Customer Experience Associate will respond to telephone, email, and chat inquiries
  • Serve as an expert on the product and guide customers through any questions or concerns
  • Provide feedback on process and/or user experience to best serve customers
  • Problem-solve quickly to de-escalate any customer issues


  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience working for a startup or similar high-growth organization
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working with little supervision
  • Must be someone who works well in a fast paced environment and remains calm under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within Zendesk or similar CRM
