Our client, a leading global specialty retailer is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their growing team. This position will be onsite at their corporate office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$13/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Associate must be passionate about helping customers and should have a positive attitude. The right candidate for this role should have strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Customer Experience Associate should always have the mentality to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The Customer Experience Associate is a Full Time position and will have 5 days a week as the work schedule including some weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly interact with customers over the phone, email, and chat
  • Follow up on orders and answer product questions
  • Provide the ultimate customer experience
  • Go above and beyond to provide an unimagined experience

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience with Zendesk, Kustomer, or other CRM tools is preferred
  • Must be available to work full time hours and be flexible to work on some weekends
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • 1 year of related experience is preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree is required
